Audi RS2 Headlight Trims

We have reproduced the impossible to find Audi RS2 under headlight trims, obsolete since 1996, part numbers 8A0 853 207 C and 8A0 853 208 C.
These are an exact replica of the original parts made from polycarbonate resin, using vacuum casting. The PC resin is a Renishaw material with very similar properties to the original injection moulded PA66-GF30.
We have addressed the weak point of the factory design by replacing the moulded wing popper with a 316 stainless steel insert for longevity.
Our reproduction trims directly replace factory parts RS2.853.207C and RS2.853.208C [8A0 853 207 C and 8A0 853 208 C]
