S2/RS2 Tandem Brake Booster Conversion Kit

Our tandem brake booster conversion kit allows you to fit a modern and much more powerful tandem (dual stage) brake booster to your S2 / RS2 or other B3/B4 platform car.

Our kit includes

Servo adapter bracket machined from 6082 T6 & hard anodised to 40μm
Extended pedal clevis machined from ‎34CrNiMo6 / 4340 / EN24T & zinc di-chromated for corrosion resistance
High tensile booster fixings
M12x1 SAE brake line fittings for 4.75mm / 3/16 (standard size) brake lines
Brake fluid reservoir level sensor connector & terminals
Fixings

In addition you will need:

A suitable tandem booster, master cylinder and reservoir.

We supply new TRW (OEM) parts to complete this conversion.

Suitable factory boosters may be taken from the following model platforms: B6, B7, B8, C6, C5 RS6, C6, C7, D3.

It is important to take the booster & master cylinder from the same model variant as there are several combinations of components and not all are compatible.

Special information for RHD UR quattro Models

Special information for RHD S2/RS2 Models

Please note that this kit does not fit the RHD S2/RS2 with standard intake plumbing and requires a reverse (front entry) intake manifold in order to provide adequate space for the brake fluid reservoir.

Other RHD B2/B3/B4 platform models may have similar space constraints and consideration should be given to this. If in doubt please send us some detailed information and photographs of your installation and we will be able to advise you.

For reference, when using our TRW master cylinder and booster the total installed depth from the nose of the master cylinder to the bulkhead face is 276mm.
