Shipping on heavy, bulky or valuable items can be expensive. We do not mark up the price of shipping and the price you pay is normally less than the costs which we incur.
Our shipping services are often not the cheapest available - this is in order to maximise the security and safety of your order. We only use globally networked couriers and the majority of our international shipments are handled by UPS, Fedex or DPD. We use tracked and insured services in order that we can pinpoint where your order is in transit at any time and in the very rare situation that an order is missing or damaged, claim for compensation.
Sometimes it is not possible for us to provide insurance to the full value of the order; when this is the case we will advise you. Where shipping is undertaken with an under -insured value, you acknowledge that it is done so entirely at your risk.
We dispatch items as quickly as possible and where items are in stock, orders are normally dispatched on the same day.
International Shipping
We ship to almost every country in the world. It is not possible for us to provide accurate shipping costs to every destination in our shopping cart checkout system and therefore only the most popular destinations are listed. If you require shipping elsewhere, please contact us for a shipping cost on your items.
However there are a few countries we do not ship to, some of these include: Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Russia, Nigeria, Macedonia, Syria, Bulgaria, Ukraine, Lebanon. Please do not be offended if we cannot ship to your destination; often there are reasons beyond our control, such as conflict, security risks or trade embargo. We will always do our best to supply our products to you as quickly and as cost effectively as possible.
Any international shipments may incur import duty or charges in the destination country. We do not have any control of or responsibility for these charges. Please view our Terms & Conditions for further clarification.
