Audi ABY / ADU Stainless Dipstick Tube Adapter

Our ABY stainless dipstick tube adapter replaces the steel factory part which cannot be purchased as an individual component.

The tube is a light press fit into the block - the original part is removed by drifting out from the inside with a suitable sized pin-punch.

Our adapter then taps in to replace it. Installation is even easier if you freeze the adapter first.

The vast majority of ABY / ADU blocks were fitted with this longer flanged tube adapter, however there are a few variants of these adapters which cross over with the AAN block through the years of manufacture, and not all are compatible - please check your block to visually confirm which you require.

The ABY / ADU dipstick adatper is also suitable for use with most tall deck diesel blocks used in many long stroke bottom end builds.
